How to pick the right size (and never send a parcel back)
All you need is a measuring tape and two minutes. Here's how to measure and get your size right the first time.

The most common reason for an exchange isn’t the colour or the model – it’s the wrong size. The good news: it’s easy to avoid.
What to measure
- Chest – around the widest part, just under the armpits. Don’t pull tight.
- Waist – around the narrowest part, above the belly button.
- Height – without shoes, against a wall.
Compare with the size guide
Every product page has a Size guide tab. The key measurement is your chest – use it to choose a hoodie. For joggers, check waist and height.
Between two sizes?
If you want a clean fit, go smaller. If you like a wide, oversized look, go bigger. Cloud, Moss and Amber are a regular fit; Petal is cut a little roomier, so there’s no need to size up.
Measure your favourite piece
The easiest trick: lay your favourite hoodie flat and measure it armpit to armpit. Double it and compare with the chest measurement in the guide.
