Behind the scenes: how a VANTA tracksuit is made
From a pencil sketch to an embroidered logo – the five steps every piece goes through before it reaches you.

When you buy a VANTA tracksuit, you get a piece that went through more hands than you might think. Here’s how it works.
1. Sketch and pattern
It all starts with a sketch. We draw the silhouette, then build the pattern in six sizes. The first sample is always wrong, so we sew it and adjust until the shoulders, sleeve length and leg width are exactly right.
2. Fabric
We use a cotton-rich blend at 380 gsm. Heavy enough to hold its shape, with a soft brushed inside. Every roll is checked before cutting – the colour has to match from the first piece to the last.
3. Cutting and sewing
We cut in small runs and sew locally, in a workshop we’ve worked with from day one. Shoulder and pocket seams are reinforced, because that’s where a tracksuit takes the most stress.
4. Embroidery
The VANTA logo isn’t printed – it’s embroidered. It won’t crack, fade or peel after washing. One logo takes several thousand stitches.
5. Quality check and packing
Every piece is checked by hand: seams, embroidery, zips and drawstrings. Only then does it go into the bag to wait for your order.
That’s why our drops are limited – we’d rather make fewer pieces, and make them right.
